DYANGOWITHAWHY.COM is the place where opportunities are offered to develop yourself as an artist in the north of the Netherlands. Get to know DYANGO and his story as an independent artist in Hoorn and send in your own music to possibly collaborate with him.

Hiphop is a growing genre, both in the Netherlands and internationally. In North-Holland and the north of the Netherlands it is quite difficult to find Hiphop fanatics with the same mindset. WITHAWHY changes that, this project offers in this environment the opportunities to develop yourself, network and make your dreams come true.

WITHAWHY offers a stepping stone for creatives of all ages to become Hip-hop artists themselves. This project consists of four different workshops that you can follow in Hoorn. We teach you the basics of Hip-hop, how it started, making a song independently and developing a live show. Compared to courses, these workshops are an accessible, playful, efficient and cheap way to enter the music industry. You decide what you want to learn and how far you want to delve into it.
Developing self-confidence, your own style and your own way of working is central. We want to offer creatives of all ages personal guidance in their path as an artist. We also offer these workshops in groups at schools, youth centres, foundations and cultural centres in the area of Hoorn and Leeuwarden. In this case, the workshops are less personal and mainly focused on exchanging knowledge and experience and cooperation, these are also core values of the Hiphop culture.

WHY DYANGO

DYANGO (Yannick Dewnarain), born in 1996 in Hoorn is an independent Hiphop artist with the ambition to share his knowledge and experiences with the new generation. He has had a great passion for music since childhood, especially Hiphop. This passion expressed itself in dancing, writing lyrics and producing beats. By having learned everything himself, he has gone through a lot of personal development, something that is central to this project and something we would also like to pass on. In his phase as a starting artist, he dreamed, like many others, to work with his idols. By following his heart, he has made these dreams come true on his debut EP " LIEVER NIET AFHANKELYK VAN" . You can do this too!
In West-Friesland we see that there are many lovers of Hiphop, but few people who do something to offer this a platform and let it grow. The mission is to change this with the WITHAWHY project. This project offers the opportunity to develop yourself as an artist and person in the music industry, but also to work with us on your own projects and plans.
