Cancellation Policy
Book your session well in advance. If you want to have multiple tracks mixed, you can send one track for free to see if you're happy with the result. Send your individual stems using the file upload button. If you're not satisfied with the mix you receive, you can: - Schedule a personal session (free of charge) - Create a checklist with points you'd like changed or improved - Have the entire track remixed for free - Cancel the assignment To ensure smooth planning and preparation, the following cancellation policy applies to all our workshops: Cancellation policy 1. Cancellations or Changes Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount. 2. Late Arrival If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without a refund. 3. Force Majeure In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will discuss a suitable solution together. 4. Booking and Payment Payments can be made in advance or on-site.
