Service Description
As a songwriter and vocalist, you are literally the voice of the track and everyone who works on it. Writing, recording and listening back to your own lyrics can be experienced as therapeutic. You can express your own story and experiences and process them by expressing them in this way. In this workshop, we focus on developing your own style, both in writing and recording. After a few sessions, we will also visit professional studios in Amsterdam! We will cover the following points: • Building self-confidence in your skills, your vision and your story • Who are you to yourself, what is your story • Daring to think creatively without being critical • Overcoming your fears and insecurities • Various writing techniques • Finding your inspirations • Dealing with rhyme schemes • Dealing with rhythms and flows • Dealing with rap techniques • Breathing and meditation techniques • Overcoming writer's block • Recording with and without a producer • Working in different professional studios • Creating arrangements and sections in your tracks • Reflecting and growing Sometimes reading books and lyrics from your favorite artists can help you get inspired. The most important thing is that you start, the rest will flow naturally once you have a start. How to book a session: • Read the privacy statement before booking • Anyone under 18 must bring a parent/guardian to the first workshop • Choose your date and time • Make sure you have fun
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth planning and preparation, the following cancellation policy applies to all our workshops: 1. Cancellations or Changes Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount. 2. Late Arrival If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without a refund. 3. Force Majeure In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will discuss a suitable solution together. 4. Booking and Payment Payments can be made in advance or on-site.
